VERY SPACIOUS 4x2 WITH A HUGE WORKSHOP

It's not every day you find something as good as this, as affordable as this, in a location as good as this. Except for today. You will find it today. But, because it's so hard to find you probably won't find it tomorrow.

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a workshop of nearly 60sqm!

INSIDE
The home has two great size living spaces, with the formal lounge room at the front of the house, and the very spacious games room at the rear. The kitchen is positioned between these two spaces, and the whole area works very well to suit a family who likes to be together, but not in each other's space.

The bedrooms are all of a very good size, but the master suite is the real highlight, with a massive bedroom, a walk-in-robe and a wonderful ensuite bathroom with a spa and separate shower.

OUTSIDE
The views from here are lovely, with the evenings being a special time of day to watch as the sun sets and a relaxing evening begins. The huge gabled patio is an outstanding feature and makes for a great place to entertain the masses.

The sunsets can also be enjoyed from the front verandah, with a lovely view of the world beyond.

The powered workshop is massive and has a load of space for the car enthusiast, carpenter or hobbyist. So many people want this kind of space and cannot find it in the hills. It does exist, but the opportunity won't last.

Kelmscott overview

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
