SOLD- Premium Investment

Not only is number 3 Mimosa in prime position for a retain and build development, but it is also tenanted until July 2022 - which means you have a guaranteed income while your development plans take shape.

With a 702sqm block of land zoned R20/30 and plenty of side access available once you take down the side carport, it's an ideal option and a great potential money maker. The front yard is gated and includes an epic gabled patio, (which could potentially be repurposed to a carport too if you do eventually sub-divide)

Alternatively, you could keep the big block, and enjoy side access to a huge back yard and an awesome workshop/games room.
The home is already renovated, with a brilliant kitchen and bathroom, and internally is virtually maintenance free for the foreseeable future.

Mimosa Way is located in the North Western quarter of Forrestfield, which means you're close to the new High Wycombe Train Station and can benefit from all the exciting developments planned there over the coming years. It's also a street shared by just 4 other houses!

The local shopping centre at Hawaiians is now awesome since some upgrades in recent years and includes multiple dining options and a great family friendly vibe. Dawson Park Primary school is also super close, as well as Darling Range Sports College, and access to Roe Highway is less than a 500m drive too. There are plenty of cool parks nearby and on the whole the location is just perfect

This one is just too good to miss, and we strongly advise you to get in touch with your favourite Mitchell Brothers asap to find out how to make this yours.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.

There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
