"We love it here because it is riverside living and so close to everything, great walking and cycle trails up and down the river, the Riverside Gardens parklands, Eric Singleton Bird Sanctuary, Baigup Wetlands, major highways North and South, easy access into the city and the airport(once we can travel again) and for me personally, access to great swimming facilities, there are 3 x aquatic/gym complexes, all with 50metre pools, within 15 minutes drive. "The birdlife during the year is varied, we have honey eaters in the gardens, pelicans on the river and black cockatoos(red and white tails) all through the area."
