Top Class Living

This is one of the best located villas around. 3 roomy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Not only best located but beautifully presented as well. This whole complex has been built with quality in mind and it has a great feel about it. Super easy access to the bus, train and close by the main hospital too.

The kitchen has top class appliances including a double draw dishwasher and granite bench tops and gas cooking. All the bedrooms all have built in robes and the master has a semi en-suite.

It is absolutely feature packed, boasting both evaporative ducted air conditioning and reverse cycle air conditioning, solar PV panels to keep the power bills down, super secure roller shutters all round and lockup double garage with remote roller door. (also with a really secure entry to the inside of the home via gated portico.)

Straight out from the lounge is a delightful private courtyard with takes in a north aspect and the winter sun.

This lovely home will perfectly suit the downsizer who perhaps has lived in the hills and is wanting to get somewhere smaller but doesn't want to compromise on location and quality.

Hard to find in this location with this quality. Call me now to inspect.
