What we love
Positioned in a secure group and just 2 streets away from the Indian blue, the salty seaside lifestyle of Scarborough awaits in beach-bucket loads and with options a plenty. Dining out (or I dare say beer & wine drinking) and enjoying the endless sunsets over the water, walking along the beach or joining the lycra parade and jumping on that road bike, you're never going to be home! But when you are, you have space. Space that is rarely offered in townhouses built recently and that perfect northern orientation for "year round tanning" (weather permitting), you're going to love living here.
What to know
It's big! 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double garage to securely lock up the toys and not forgetting the north facing courtyard. A short walk to Brighton Markets and even less to the Scarborough strip and my favourite the quintessential Scarborough Beach Bar for the best views and a pint in the hood. Public transport is a plenty and you're also located in the ideal school catchments for primary and high schooling.
Being sold via a set date sale with kall offers presented to the sellers on the 3rd Feb if it's not sold beforehand. Reach out for further details or if you'd like a set date sale pack.

Home to one of the most iconic beaches in Perth, Scarborough is a desirable coastal suburb within the City of Stirling. Its five square kilometre land area is predominantly used for residential purposes, though it does have a significant entertainment precinct that attracts people from all over the Perth metropolitan area and beyond.
At the heart of Scarborough is the Scarborough Beach precinct. A popular ocean foreshore, it houses a hotel, a variety of shops, restaurants and of course a beautiful coastline.
There are several parks and reserves in Scarborough, such as Abbett Park which provides locals with sporting facilities for football, squash, lawn bowls, tennis and cricket. There are also two primary schools, a library and a community recreation centre within the suburb.
