THE GOOD LIFE ON EDINBORO

What We Love
The privacy and convenience of this stylish 3 bedroom 2 bathroom rear townhouse that encourages low-maintenance “lock-up-and-leave” living within footsteps of bus stops, parks, restaurants, schools, shopping and so much more. Even the Perth CBD can be access in a matter of only minutes from the fantastic central location of this beautifully-presented abode that boasts a separate living room, leading through to a lovely open-plan dining and kitchen area with a gas cooktop, double oven/grill, pantry, tiled splash-backs, a range hood and more.

There is also a breakfast bar for casual meals and a quality stainless-steel dishwasher, whilst the lounge seamlessly extends outdoors to a tranquil courtyard with a shade sail for protected easy-care entertaining. It really is the perfect down-sizing option for those who seek a desirable lifestyle without all of the daily stresses.

What To Know
All three bedrooms are carpeted for comfort and each have their own split-system air-conditioning units – including a spacious master suite that also features its own walk-in wardrobe, balcony and fully-tiled ensuite bathroom with a separate shower, bathtub and heat lamps. The separate main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity for good measure. The laundry is functional, heaps of bench space for folding clothes, provides access to a separate toilet and extends outside to the drying area.

Extras include 2 single lock-up garage, quality floor tiling, a gas bayonet to the living room, feature ceiling cornices and skirting boards and low-maintenance gardens. Tuart College, Servite College, Tuart Hill Primary School and St Denis Catholic Primary School are all within walking distance, as are the Flinders Square and Dog Swamp Shopping Centres. The freeway and local pubs are also nearby, with the café and restaurant strips – as well as entertainment hotspots – of neighbouring Mount Hawthorn, Leederville and even North Perth only a suburb or two away. It’s time to move yourself closer to where the action is!

Joondanna overview

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
