This 2019 built property is one superb place to call home. A quality build, by a quality builder, built for someone who appreciates quality! In a world full of standard-blandard homes this one really eclipses the ordinary and offers the buyer a home that's beyond expectations.
The main living area is of a good size, and the kitchen overlooks this part of the home. The kitchen is very well appointed with stone bench tops and ample storage space. There is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, one of the many touches of class that this place offers.
The bedrooms are spacious, and the massive master bedroom features a lovely ensuite bathroom with a double shower, and it also has a walk-in robe. The bathrooms both have stone tops to the vanity unit and quality tapware.
The alfresco area is surrounded by a very easy-care backyard. The double garage offers plenty of space for two vehicles, and you're at the back of this tidy group of just three villas. This is a well-designed and practical home!

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
