Welsh. Great word. Describes this renovated gem to a T. If you give someone a cwtch (cuddle) you’re giving them a safe place. Just where you want to be.
Ready to snuggle in?
Cosy. Adjective. A feeling of comfort, warmth & relaxation. Snug. Convenient. A perfect fit (that last one is me, not the dictionary). Great proportions. Freshly painted. Beautifully presented. Move-in ready. Nothing to spend or do. The open plan living is a treat. Bonus thoughtful touches like the elevated breakfast bar with granite top. You (or your tenant) will love the big bedroom and spacious, newly updated bathroom with its own laundry. And the group? That’s currently undergoing an eternal mini-makeover too - ideal for adding value. Off-street parking at the rear. No brainer really.
Location wise you’ve got the no.42 bus route to the City, which is less than 5kms away, directly outside. The Rise is an easy 700m stroll. The Seasonal Brewing Co., Rifo’s, and the start of the popular and eclectic Maylands social precinct are within 850m. You’re 800m to the Maylands yacht club and Swan River, and 1.2km from Noggos if you’ve had a big night (!) and are in need of a fried chicken and french toast fix. This is what near city living is all about. Easy.

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
