Nestled in the heart of the Darling Ranges, this extraordinary 10-acre lifestyle property offers the ultimate rural escape, combining modern living with the charm of country life and the natural beauty found only in the hills. This is a rare chance to secure a home where peace, privacy and productivity meet.

Perfectly positioned at the edge of a vast valley below the North Dandalup Dam and backing directly onto pristine State Forest, the spoils of this location means you'll have direct access to walking trails from the back gate and a natural wonderland to explore beyond the boundaries.

Clear, usable land is a true rarity in the hills and for those seeking a true rural lifestyle property - the potential to enjoy majestic views while having ample space to develop your dream hobby farm, will be too good to pass up. There's no question this is an exceptional opportunity for you.

The homestead:
Built in 2014, the beautifully designed brick and iron homestead features 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The home's layout embraces an open-plan living, kitchen, dining, and family area that perfectly frames breathtaking views of the valley and hillside.

Outdside the home the full-length verandah and patio provide an ideal space to unwind and soak in spectacular sunsets, and it won't matter what the weather's doing when you're kicking back in the swim spa enjoying the tranquility of the bush surroundings.

The great outdoors:
Unlike many hillside properties, these 10 acres of cleared, gently undulating land are ideal for grazing animals, with excellent pasture and usability. The property descends to a winding winter creek, naturally draining to a picturesque year-round dam at the lowest point of the block.

Divided into three paddocks with ample shade, this uniquely productive block affords you the perfect setup for a manageable hobby farm or sustainable living. Years of care have created an established and productive orchard with a variety of fruit and nut trees, complemented by a well-positioned chook pen for the roaming fertiliser appliers and bug gobblers.

The soil quality is remarkable and with gentle undulation towards the creek, the dirt is rich, loamy and fertile. Surrounded by natural beauty, this peaceful haven offers the opportunity to raise animals, grow your own produce, and create a self-sustaining lifestyle.

Infrastructure:
This property is equipped with exceptional infrastructure, including a powered workshop for all your projects and storage needs, large rainwater tanks with reticulation to keep the gardens flourishing and fencing in excellent condition.

Location:
Located just 2.8km up the hill from North Dandalup townsite and the South Western Highway, you're only 20 minutes from Mandurah and its coastal lifestyle and just 10 minutes from Pinjarra for daily conveniences, with bus services available for local schools.

What to do next!?
Whether you're a family yearning for space, a downsizer from a larger farm, or those simply looking to escape the suburbs and provide your own produce on your own big patch of quality dirt - this property really does provide everything you've been searching for.

North Dandalup overview

The townsite of North Dandalup is located in the south west, 71 km south of Perth and 16 km north east of Pinjarra. It is located adjacent to the North Dandalup River, from which it derives its name. Dandalup is an Aboriginal name, having been shown on maps of the area since 1835. The meaning of the name is not known.

The townsite is situated on the South Western Railway, and North Dandalup was included as a stopping place in timetables of 1894. Land around the siding was privately owned and subdivided, but a schoolsite was set aside in 1899, and a hall and recreation ground in 1915. In 1932 the North Dandalup Prescribed Area was declared, and then in 1972 the area was gazetted a townsite.
