STYLISH BEACH HOUSE IN QUINDALUP

This modern designer home is the ideal place for holidays or for any family looking to enjoy coastal living and set their roots down permanently in the Dunsborough area.

You will be living the dream;
• Walking distance to the pristine beaches of Geographe Bay (approximately 500m)
• Close to the town centre (approximately 2km)
• Just a short drive to the world-renowned surfing beaches at Yallingup (less than 10km)
• The huge leafy park with extensive grassed areas is just an extension of your back yard

The home sits perfectly in these surrounds, and has been designed to capture it all. With no expenses spared and a plan for comfort, this home will be a statement for the incoming buyer.

A modern four bedroom, three bathroom, three WC home. Downstairs the first bedroom doubles as a master room, complete with huge walk-in robe and stylish en-suite with shower and WC.

One of the other two rooms downstairs is a large room, with sizeable built-in robes and positioned alongside the hallway with views outside to the park and alfresco. A sliding door gives direct access to the outside.

The other minor bedroom shares the same bathroom but is at the end of the hallway. This room is even larger and has its own direct access to the alfresco area.

The open plan living area with modern designer kitchen is an entertainer's delight and flows seamlessly to the alfresco/outdoor kitchen, parks and gardens.

Upstairs there is a huge room that could be a theatre, parents retreat or just a relaxation room, positioned perfectly to capture the natural light. This flows on to the master retreat, starting with a huge walk-in double robe, big enough to be a room itself. Then the master en-suite is as classy as they come, complete with huge vanity, his-and-her basins, shower, WC, heated towel racks and the like. The master bedroom is designed for comfort and gives you elevated views over the park and alfresco area

The outdoor entertaining area will be a place for friends and family to make lifelong memories. Featuring split levels, timber decking, outdoor kitchen, raked ceilings and landscaped gardens, it flows out perfectly to the grassed leafy park, big enough for some backyard cricket or a kick of the football.

There is ample parking in the long double carport, with immediate access to the home. You also have the double lock up garage with built-in loft for extra storage which can be used as a boatshed or for trailer parking. It could also double as a shed or studio and is built from brick and render to match the home, complete with glass sliding door.

Quindalup overview

The townsite of Quindalup is located on Geographe Bay, 250 kilometres west southwest of Perth and 21 kilometres west of Busselton. The Quindalup area is the site of one of the state's earliest timber industries, and a timber mill was built here and timber exported through a jetty on the coast in the early 1860s. McGibbon and Yelverton used the name Quindalup in referring to their mill in the 1860s, and in the 1870s the government reserved land here. In 1899 a number of local fishermen in the area requested the Minister for Lands to subdivide the beachfront land. The Minister approved the subdivision, surveys of "working mens blocks" were made, and the townsite of Quindalup gazetted in 1899.

Quindalup is an Aboriginal name meaning "the place of quenda's". The Quenda is a small bandicoot common in the area.
