Experience the Height of Coastal Luxury Here.

What we love
Is absolutely everything about this stunning near-new 4 bedroom 3 bathroom two-storey residence that represents luxury modern living on the coast and allows you to enjoy picturesque strolls through Star Swamp’s majestic “Class A” Bushland Reserve in one direction, as well as leisurely walks and bike rides along our glorious Western Australian coastline in the other. Downstairs, the second or “guest” bedroom suite has mirrored built-in wardrobes, a fan and doubles as an alternative master wing with its own private ensuite bathroom – shower, vanity, powder-room access and all. Also on the ground floor is a functional laundry with ample linen storage, external access, a broom cupboard next door and a walk-in linen press across the hallway – all preceding a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with soaring cathedral-style high ceilings and a massive scullery and walk-in pantry.

Like the family hub of the floor plan, the generous separate games room also seamlessly flows outdoors to a magnificent alfresco-entertaining area, overlooking the shimmering rear swimming pool. Upstairs, another sitting area essentially triples personal living options and shares a delightful front balcony (and its magical ocean views and sunsets) with the adjacent master suite – epic in its proportions and boasting a huge custom-fitted walk-in robe, a ceiling fan, bedside pendant light fittings and a sumptuous ensuite with a double rain shower, twin “his and hers” vanities and a separate toilet. The two spare bedrooms up here have ceiling fans, mirrored built-in robes and are serviced by a stylish main family bathroom with a separate free-standing bath, heat lamps and a walk-in shower – as well as a separate toilet next door. Impressive is an understatement.

What to know
Extras include a huge 10.75kW Fronius solar power-panel system, ducted seven-station MyAir (AdvantageAir) reverse-cycle air-conditioning, sleek stone bench tops, built-in games-room storage (and desk), a quality Bosch cooktop and ovens in the kitchen, an AEG dishwasher, polished concrete flooring downstairs, Marri timber floorboards upstairs, a smart-wiring package (including phone controls for the air-conditioning and solar-power inverter), Vertisheers throughout, profiled internal doors, feature stepped “trio” ceiling cornices, down lights, a Dahua camera and intercom system, a home filtration system, an outdoor alfresco ceiling fan, easy-care gardens and backyard turf, an automated Chemigem water-management system to the concrete pool, water jets, air jets and a waterfall to the pool also and a secure double lock-up garage with storage space and internal shopper’s entry.

Cafes, restaurants, medical facilities and bus stops along the vibrant Flora Terrace strip are all only walking distance away too, the North Beach Shopping Centre and North Beach Primary School are both just around the corner and the Our Lady of Grace Primary School, the sprawling Charles Riley Memorial Reserve playing fields, Trigg Point, public and private golf courses, the newly-completed Karrinyup Shopping Centre redevelopment, the freeway, other top educational facilities and even Hillarys Boat Harbour are all able to be reached within a matter of minutes. North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
