Resort Lifestyle Awaits

This lovely split-level townhouse has been perfectly designed to capture views across the beautiful surrounds, including an ocean glimpse from the balcony!

Built in 2010 by renowned local builder Clarke & Forrest, this survey strata property epitomises a relaxed coastal lifestyle combined with low maintenance conveniences.

Upon entry into the home, you will step into a wide, tiled entry with a timber staircase.

A large open plan living area is on the second level and leads to a lovely balcony with glass balustrading and louvre windows at one end to regulate the sea-breeze. A seamless integration between the inside and outside, the balcony offers a wonderful extension to the living area.

A functional galley-style kitchen provides an efficient workspace, with plenty of storage including overhead cupboards, and is finished in neutral tones. The breakfast bar is the perfect spot for casual dining. There is ample space for a dining table or occasional furniture, to furnish the space to suit your lifestyle. A reverse cycle air conditioning unit in this area offers year-round comfort.

The master bedroom is also on this level of the home. It features a sliding door out to the balcony and has lovely views. The spacious adjoining ensuite has a fully screened shower, large vanity, and toilet. A large walk-in-robe completes the master suite.

A small set of stairs leads from the kitchen level to a second living area. This area has its own air conditioning and is the perfect space for the family to relax in front of the TV. Raked ceilings enhance the sense of space, and a sliding door leads from here out to the low maintenance, paved courtyard.

The family bathroom is located off the laundry which provides access for the family to enter the house from the beach, straight into the wet area of the house. The bathroom has a fully screened shower, large vanity and a bath. A separate toilet is next to the laundry. This area of the home has plenty of storage, with a built-in linen cupboard and a double sliding door built-in cupboard in the hallway.

The remainder of the house is dedicated to two minor bedrooms, both with built-in robes.

Timber decks lead from the upstairs living and the laundry to the backyard which is easy care and low maintenance, perfect if you wish to use the property as a rental or a holiday home.

A double garage occupies much of the ground level of the home and features a clever storage area under the stairs which can be accessed from either the garage or from outside the property; a handy place to store those extra items and keep the garage clutter free. There is also extra parking space which could accommodate a small trailer or dinghy.

Within easy walking distance to the beach, store and Country Club, this townhouse is the perfect lock up and leave option in Binningup.

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
