Privately positioned behind its naturally screened frontage you'll discover a truly unique and enchanting rural escape property. Magnificently developed and strikingly bespoke - this property offers you the ultimate in countryside decadence, positioned on a sprawling 2.5-acre allotment in the highly desirable North Dandalup Estate.
When planning their vision for the perfect home on acreage, the owners of this impeccable residence left the cookie cutter in the pantry, with a nod to modernism and a deep respect for farmhouse traditionalism, this home reflects a perfect harmony of both styles with a collection of comforting and light-filled spaces both inside and out.
A creative collaboration between the owner's dreams - and the intuition you'd expect from the award-winning local custom home builders Ryza Homes, you can feel this project's joy and coherence from the moment you step beneath the striking skillion roofline. Quality, comfort, natural light and raw earthy materials combine with opulent finishes and a distinctly countrified ambience.
The residence:
Remarkably, inspiration from conception was drawn from the colours and textures of the kitchen splashback - a singular piece of Trilium stone, which sets the benchmark for an organic palette that resounds throughout the home. From polished concrete floors to the Essa stone counter tops, woodgrain cabinetry, and rich reds of the custom-made re-purposed timber beams from Fremantle timber traders.
Open-planned living is celebrated here with all-embracing vistas over the landscape, soaring ceilings and soothing natural light. Connected family living was the vision and entertaining family or friends effortlessly spills outdoors year-round under the timber paneled alfresco with outdoor blinds.
The master suite is monumentally lavish with ample space for relaxing in privacy and direct access to the outdoors. A full-length, furnished walk-in dressing robe provides an oversupply of storage for fastidious fashion-lovers.
With size and scale akin to a boutique luxury hotel - the ensuite bathroom impresses beyond belief, flooded with light from the skylight and boasting a walk-in double rain shower and deep soaking bath tub.
Secondary bedrooms are suitably king-sized and generous with built-in storage, adjoining a beautifully appointed family bathroom with shower and bath tub, and where storage is the keyword on your priority list - the laundry has 4 x floor to ceiling linen storage plus overhead cupboards.

The townsite of North Dandalup is located in the south west, 71 km south of Perth and 16 km north east of Pinjarra. It is located adjacent to the North Dandalup River, from which it derives its name. Dandalup is an Aboriginal name, having been shown on maps of the area since 1835. The meaning of the name is not known.
The townsite is situated on the South Western Railway, and North Dandalup was included as a stopping place in timetables of 1894. Land around the siding was privately owned and subdivided, but a schoolsite was set aside in 1899, and a hall and recreation ground in 1915. In 1932 the North Dandalup Prescribed Area was declared, and then in 1972 the area was gazetted a townsite.
