THE PERFECT DESIGN!

Chances are if you're reading this you've already seen the photos and you're already impressed, but you ain't seen nothing yet! This is a truly fantastic home, and photos can barely do it justice. Fully renovated and immaculately presented, this superb four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is one of the best examples of family living you'll find anywhere in the hills for anything like this price.

INSIDE
This floor plan is superb, offering a combined living and kitchen area that sets the new benchmark for practical living. The kitchen is at the heart of everything and is a truly special design with a huge amount of bench space, making this both functional and fantastic to look at. The breakfast bar is sure to be the hub of day-to-day activity. There is power to this area as well, making it a usable part of the workspace as well an attractive part of the design.

The functionality of this home is extraordinary, with a "granny flat" or "parent's retreat" kind of vibe going on. It's a highly practical configuration, with the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom being positioned at one end of the house. This part of the home has a large living area and even a kitchenette, it can be entirely separate with its own front door access, making it ideal for multigenerational living or just a hideaway for the parents. The main part of the home features the other three bedrooms and the well-appointed main bathroom. Seeing the photos gives you just a glimpse of what this is all about, but if you need space for the family, then this is the place to be. From a practical perspective, the home has roller shutters to enhance your climate control, and the ducted cooling throughout the home has you ready for those warm summer months.

OUTSIDE
This is a 961m2 block; that's a lot of land, and the auto reticulation makes it easy to keep it all green. You really do have so many options when you have this kind of space. There is ample room for entertaining under the large patio, which spans the entire house. It has a fantastic outlook across your lovely backyard and takes in the view to the other side of the hill, it really is just a delightful position. The hobby shed is currently set up as a gym but would make a great art studio, gym, home office or store space, depending on what you need. There's a second garden shed down the bottom of the yard.

WHERE IT IS
This is a premium location set just minutes away from so much, including fantastic restaurants, cafes, parks and walk trails, this is one of the best-kept secrets in town. Whilst you're tucked away in a lovely hills position, it's also walking distance to public transport with the bus stop just up the end of the street.

Kelmscott overview

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth.
