GOING.. GOING.. GONE!

Imagine a dream lifestyle where the iconic Mettams Pool is your own front yard and picnics on the grass - along with casual dips in the Indian Ocean - are a common occurrence. Stunningly renovated throughout, this prime seaside residence offers a lifestyle unrivalled along our coastline.
Gleaming wooden floorboards warm the interior - including an open-plan living and dining area that seamlessly extends out to the front entertaining balcony via bi-fold stacker doors. From there, the breathtaking ocean views are both panoramic and picturesque. This is the perfect place to enjoy our perfect summers.
The sleekest of kitchens has been modernised to the highest standard and offers beautiful ocean views. You will enjoy daily sunsets whilst you cook dinner.
A huge master retreat also has its own access and doubles as a potential "granny flat" with air-conditioning, a meals area and a corner kitchenette. Connecting to another sitting area, the laundry and one of two impressive bathrooms, this unique space has a multitude of options.
The two minor bedrooms have ceiling fans - one even enjoying its own separate external entrance.
The beach is only footsteps away and the Kitchener Street Deli, food and coffee at Yelo, beautiful Trigg Bushland Reserve and even scenic lunches at the eclectic North Beach Deli are just walking distance from your front door. Schools, shopping, community sporting facilities and both public and private golf courses are also nearby. This is exactly where you want to be living!

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
