Private Oasis

If its a hills escape you are looking for then do not blink or this one will be gone.

Situated in a private little enclave of Clifton Hills sits this beautifully presented 3x2, perfect for the first home buyer that doesn't want to be in the Legoland of the modern estates, or the empty nester that still wants that feeling of space without the price tag.

The home itself has a something for everyone:

• Double garage/workshop - Whether you want a place to park the cars or are in need of a workshop - the opportunities present plenty of open parking for vehicles, even a boat or caravan.

• Loads of internal open space- the open plan living is blessed with new plush carpets and fresh paint whilst the 2nd storey also has loads of space for a growing family or guests that wish to stay.

• The bathrooms have been newly renovated with modern fixtures and tiling and make for that welcome quiet space after a busy day.

• The bedrooms can easily accommodate queen beds with bed side tables; the master has reverse cycle air con and built in robes whilst one of the upper bedrooms has air con and loads of room if you want to add robes at a later date.

• The kitchen is still original but by no means unfunctional with plenty of bench space, wall oven and ceramic cooktop.

This is one of those homes that is going to tick a lot of boxes, so if you are in the market don't delay as this one will sell quick.

Kelmscott overview

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
