FAMILY FRIENDLY ENTERTAINERS FLOOR PLAN
This family home has one of the largest main bedrooms that I have seen in a while, could easily change into a 5 bedroom home or granny flat.
Boasting 4 huge bedrooms all double sized all with built-in or walk-in robes, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor undercover entertaining area that will be the envy of all. Overlooking a great pool side entertaining area placed at the end of a cul-de-sac, on a hard to find 800sqm block, WOW!
This light, bright, modern open floor plan with close on 295sqm undercover living and parking, the large undercover outside entertaining area is packed with features and has easy viewing from all of the 3 living areas to watch the kids while they play on the safe and secure 800sqm low care gardens.
The kitchen is practical and functional complete with an abundance of storage with everything a family chef could dream or want for, overlooking the pool and flowing on to the family room, dining room and on to the large games room.
Easy access to the outdoor family friendly area complete with a safe secure POOL AREA all fully enclosed and perfect for those hot months ahead or simply entertaining the family.
All topped off with ducted air-conditioning if the pool is not enough, gardens are fully reticulated and complete with a 3kw sola power.

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
