You won't be surprised to find that this home has scenic outlook, with a name like Treeview! Designed to take advantage of the beautiful Darlington surrounds, the stunning decked entertaining area will see plenty of use for this reason alone; enjoy morning cuppas with the birds, sway in a hammock all afternoon, or go all out and host long lunches for friends. There's a pool in the backyard, too, so you can watch the kids have a splash, or - better yet - join them!
There's pretty bushland views from inside the house too, with French doors in the formal lounge bringing some of the lush outdoors in, plus a private courtyard space off the main bedroom so you can enjoy some peace and quiet whenever you need it. Features such as terracotta floor tiles, two cosy fireplaces, and leadlighting add sweet country-style touches, but this is a modern home through and through. It also includes a theatre room, sleek kitchen appliances, and ducted aircon, to name but a few mod cons.

The name "Darlington" is derived from adding the English suffix "ton", meaning "town" to the name of the range in the area - Darling Range which was first named "General Darling Range". The name was first used by Dr Alfred Waylen who established the "Darlington Vineyard" here in 1883-4.
Darlington remains one of the few locations in the Perth hills with an early 20th century village ambience. It is known for its vibrant community with seemingly as many committees and groups as it has residents. The suburb has a local general store however residents rely on the the facilities at Midland and Mundaring which are close by. There are also various primary and secondary schools in the area.
