Brand New Parkside Perfection in its Finest Form

Modern quality abounds right throughout this brand new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom street-front home that occupies a tranquil position opposite a lovely park and allows you to be the first to experience an immaculate low-maintenance lifestyle close to the beach and so much more.

Beyond a gorgeous entry deck and a feature front door that adds to the stunning façade lies a commodious floor plan where the rooms are just that little bit more spacious and generously-proportioned. High ceilings grace a huge open-plan family, dining and kitchen area that has also been impeccably appointed with sparkling stone bench tops, a plumbed fridge recess, a breakfast bar for casual meals, double sinks, an integrated range hood and 900mm-wide Fisher and Paykel oven and five-burner gas-cooktop appliances. A superb scullery accompanies the resident chef’s work space nicely with more stone tops, feature subway-tile splashbacks, an additional single sink, a walk-in pantry, ample extra storage options and a stainless-steel Fisher and Paykel dishwasher for good measure.

Doubling personal living options is a large theatre – or lounge – room that is carpeted for complete comfort, features a striking recessed ceiling and can be totally shut off from the family space for privacy by a cavity slider. A light and bright front master-bedroom suite is separate from the minor sleeping quarters and lets you wake up to splendid park views whilst comprising of a massive walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, twin stone vanities and a separate toilet.

The second and third bedrooms are also a good size and have mirrored built-in wardrobes, while perched a matter of inches away from the main family bathroom and its own shower, separate bathtub, toilet and stone vanity. For outdoor entertaining, a rear alfresco courtyard is ideal for sitting, quiet contemplation or hosting guests under cover and off the central hub that is the family room.

Only a leisurely stroll away lie sprawling Charles Riley Memorial Reserve sporting facilities, North Beach Primary School, bus stops, medical facilities, restaurants, the Our Lady of Grace Primary School, the North Beach Bowling Club and picturesque Star Swamp Reserve bushland walking trails. A handy radius to Hamersley Public Golf Course, the prestigious Lake Karrinyup Country Club, the exciting Karrinyup Shopping Centre revamp, new-look Scarborough Beach, Trigg Point, North Beach Shopping Centre, Flora Terrace, the popular Mettams Pool, Hillarys Boat Harbour and a stretch of glorious beaches in between is simply an added bonus here. Impressive is an understatement!

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
