A coastal haven between beach & bushland
What we love…
This an ideal opportunity for a smart buyer to secure a home in north beach set on approximately 403 square metres of land at an affordability level rarely seen in the area.
Welcome to 26A Hale Street North Beach. This quintessentially coastal vibe home is a mere 300 metre walk to our magnificent coastline and all that it has to offer. BUT if you’re like me and the beach isn’t your only solace then you have the bushland of Star Swamp Nature Reserve at the other end of Hale only a 250 metre walk away. Trapped perfectly between beach and bushland this truly is a lifestyle decision when you add the vibrant Flora Terrace café strip around the corner for a great weekend feed and Laurie Strutt Park opposite you for walks with the dog.
So, lets talk about your new coastal haven. This home dares to be a bit different but as soon as you walk in the door the relaxation it portrays washes over you. Yes, it is a two bedroom home at present but there is the capacity to install a third bedroom on the mezzanine quite easily if needed and still maintain a good section of living space on the mezzanine as well.
High raked ceilings, earthy timber tones and a sense of space add to the feel.
If you are thinking of building your own home when the time is right and taking advantage of the 403 square metre block then that is definitely an option for you. This will be virtually a land value opportunity to buy into North Beach but do not misinterpret that and think that the house isn’t a great character home.
There are views through the valley to the east towards Star Swamp if you were to build.
The property is currently tenanted at $580 per week with a high quality tenant that cares for the property beautifully.
See you there.

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.
Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
