Being nestled amongst well cared for homes and in an amazing "whisper quiet" cul-de-sac location this home creates a perfect setting for those looking for that extra little bit of serenity in their everyday lives whether it be after a hard days work or quite simply to enjoy being that little bit "more at one with nature" whilst still enjoying the creature benefits of a modern lifestyle.

The property has in a sense been most sensibly separated into 2 core sections/zones - one of which features the residence itself and a truly gorgeous outdoor entertaining/alfresco area overlooking the beautiful swimming pool and lush green gardens and the other being your own sanctuary set amongst mature trees, native gardens and the various fauna that so much adore these idyllic settings.

There are plenty of options to further enhance and utilise the land whether it be building that dream shed you always wanted or to provide various sporting or adventure design options for the growing or already well established family nucleus with the kids undoubtedly sure to benefit from any future improvements - whether it be a cricket pitch, basketball court, area to kick the footy (a fair distance as well) or even a motorbike track for example! Given there isn't anything much more joyful that making our children happy this is truly a blank canvas with so much fun to be had planning, contemplating (even arguing a bit) and then implementing those final choices....often a bit of work but so much enjoyment and satisfaction to be had should you choose to take that path.

You will of course enjoy living in this beautifully maintained and cared for home with the following painting part of the picture as to what life in Wyuna Crescent can mean to you and/or your family moving forward.

Lesmurdie overview

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
