Set amidst the backdrop of the Mundy regional park forest, in a place so secret we didn't even know it existed until we were invited here, is this blissful home for an adventurous family and their horse.
Spread out over one incredible hectare (10,085sqm to be exact), which includes paddocks, forest views, a horse trail, fruit trees, stables, private access to your own piece of the famous Whistlepipe Gully and then of course, the stunning house!
The home is a luxuriously designed 4-bedroom plus study, 2-bathroom masterpiece, built in 1996 and fully optimised for family living. With multiple spacious entertaining areas, the heart of the home enjoys super high ceilings as well as a gourmet kitchen with views to the lap pool party zone. From here you can host 100 or more guests, but also spend many peaceful moments gazing at the horizon and just appreciating how lucky you are to call this place your home.
This expansive block is big enough to spend hours exploring, but if you're a particularly avid bushwalker, you're also in the neighbourhood of the Mundy Regional Park which in my opinion, is home to some of the best bushwalking trails in Perth.
This is the type of property where you get to feel like you are far away from it all, in the middle of nowhere, while still being very much somewhere and only short trip away from schools, shops and the other necessities of life.
This blockbuster of a property will be an absolute life changer, if you're quick enough to make it your own!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
