This amazing property is simply stunning at every turn and has sweeping views of the Leschenault Estuary! Located in one of Old Australind's premier streets, just metres from the estuary and close to The Village and schools, this home has been recently renovated into a modern work of art.
The eye catching facade is topped off with a skilion roof line and limestone retained front yard. The spacious open living area is picture perfect in design and decor, with wood look vinyl plank flooring, fire place, down-lights, air conditioning and bi-fold doors that open out to the verandah and views.
The kitchen is absolutely divine with stone bench tops, Asko dishwasher, black Belling stand alone oven and walk in pantry. Lots of room for the family to cook up a storm and entertain with ease. There are also bi-fold windows that open up to the servery for the alfresco.
The master bedroom is huge and has a big walk in robe and lovely ensuite with separate toilet and twin vanities. Bi-fold doors also open up to the front yard.
The 2 minor bedrooms are both queen size with large built in robes. Walk down a breeze way with white plantation blinds to the kids rooms, plus an activity/lounge room that has a pitched ceiling and opens out to the backyard. Storage is not an issue with 2 large walk in cupboards. The family bathroom, laundry and powder room are all presented to perfection.
The large alfresco area is sheltered from any prevailing winds. A second tier of lawn is neat and tidy atop limestone retaining and is the perfect spot for play equipment.
Great side access up to a double garage/workshop where there's a lean-to for extra shaded parking.

In 1840 a company named the Western Australian Company was formed in England with the objective of purchasing lands in Western Australia and applying certain principles of colonisation and emigration as laid down by one of the Directors, Edward Gibbon Wakefield. The Company purchased 103,000 acres on Leschenault Inlet, and named the settlement proposed there "Australind", a combination of Australia and India.
Residents of Australind can enjoy all the attributes of living close to the coast, while being part of a connected community. Bunbury is only a short drive away however within the suburbs there is the Australind Village Shopping Centre, a 24/7 Spud Shed Store and the 18-hole Bunbury Golf Club. There are two high schools and six primary schools in the area.
