WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT
This home is all about a lot of stuff. It's all about the views. It's all about the living. And it's all about…just being unique. The central living area is phenomenal, providing a simply extraordinary hub for life in this home. It is ship-like in its design, with this marvellous feature window taking in the view of what seems to be the whole world. This whole living space is really in itself enough to make you say "this is it", but there's more to it than just that. After you've watched the sun set and you can pry yourself away from the twinkling lights of the city you will need to hit the hay. And hitting the hay is a delightful experience in any one of these four bedrooms. The master bedroom is downstairs and is kind of like a living area itself. It's a huge room with a view, a balcony, and a big open ensuite. If you don't use the retreat as a family living area you have a fantastic downstairs getaway to enjoy. It's truly a fantastic space and a highly impressive element of this home. The secondary bedrooms are upstairs, and there is still plenty to be impressed by in here. There's ample space for larger furniture styles and plenty of storage.
OUTSIDE
Let's be clear about something; it's not a flat block, and the driveway is kind of steep. Have you ever seen a lookout in a valley? Probably not. Well, this is a high position with a stunning view, and therefore you have to come up the hill to enjoy it. You can access the driveway in an ordinary car, but it will kind of go "RRRNNNNNN" on the way up. It's not super long or anything, but I'm just telling you so you don't get here and tell me... Having said that, the block has been extremely well landscaped, so there are some real flat surprises to find on what should be an inaccessible piece of land. We have a workshop at the top of the block providing fantastic space for your projects. We even have driveway access to this point, so there's nothing to be afraid of there. Outside of the house area is a large flat grass space which will give you loads of room for the kids to play or whatever else you need the space for. The next highlight of this exceptional property is the pool area; it's been perfectly positioned to take in those beautiful views, and it's a great size for entertaining the masses. You can imagine how popular your place is going to be for any big gathering of family or friends because everyone will want to come to this place if they can find an excuse to do so. Keep a record of how many people do the "I'm King of the World" or "I'm flying, Jack" bits from Titanic on your balcony.
WHERE IT IS
Set in a brilliant cul-de-sac street, surrounded by well-established homes, this is absolutely prime real estate. You will never be built out unless for some crazy reason, you do it to yourself because no one can build anything that will block a view from this height. Whilst we're right up in the hills this is actually very close to so much. It's just minutes from fantastic restaurants, cafes, shops and even public transport. It's the best of both worlds.

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
