RETAIN & BUILD 2 MORE

Are you looking for an Investment Property? What do you think of a 1034sqm block (approx) with a R25/R60 zoning?

With current zoning rules*, you are able to retain the current 3x1 house and build 2 more single-storey houses behind via their own driveways.

This brick & tile house features a formal lounge, dining, kitchen/meals area, 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom and 2 big sheds (approx 5x5m and 6x3m). A flat rectangular block with huge 30m frontage that accommodates two driveways, it has great street appeal and it is in a quiet location opposite Connaught Street Reserve & close to Forrestfield Primary school & transport.

Just 800m away, Hawaiin's Forrestfield Shopping Centre has all the shopping and specialist shops you will need, such as Coles, Woolworths, restaurants, hair dressers and many more. Perth airport is just only a 10 minutes drive away and the soon to open 2 billion dollars Airport-Forrestfield Train Link will only take 20 minutes to commute to Perth CBD. Forrestfield is a suburb on the move with infrastructure and upgrades aplenty and we are seeing so much great growth happening now.

There is close by access to Tonkin and Roe Highways which are part of the newly completed 1 billion dollar Gateway Project - the biggest road infrastructure project in WA history and so getting anywhere is a breeze now with little to no traffic lights. With the Australian Bureau of Statistics forecasting Perth's population to more than double to 3.8 million by 2050, urban sprawl will ensure that prices can only go one way for areas close by to this level of infrastructure and amenities.

It is currently tenanted out on a periodic lease so access to the property is limited. Call or text Alvin Ong at 0411 383 485 to register your interest.

*As always, talk to your surveyor and conduct your own due diligence with regards to subdivision conditions.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
