YES!! It's got just about everything you could want for in a home, right here in one of the leafiest and secluded streets in the area.
Big block of 2004 sqm with a delightful outlook, generous entry and side access to large workshop / garage / shed.
The house - quality built in the modern colonial style is a treat to bring to the market and will surely entice and encourage quality buyers who recognise style and function. A substantial family home featuring high ceilings many with feature cornices, timber and tile flooring, light bright spaces including a generous living area with fireplace, a separate family area. The 3 bedrooms are separated so that the master and study (or fifth bedroom) are on opposite sides to the kids!!
The kitchen is very spacious and as the centre of the home has excellent access to all areas, great for parties!!
Outside the gardens are lush and inviting, the previously mentioned workshop is great for storage or the "classic" in your life, adjacent to this area is a brick hardstand which hides (surprise) a covered decommissioned pool - your first project can be to bring it back.
Lots of opportunity in a first class location. In this market this property will be highly sought after. Call to organise your inspection.

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
The suburb has two shopping centres in the area including Lesmurdie Village on Sanderson Road and the Lesmurdie Road Shopping Centre on the corner of Rooth Rd and Lesmurdie Rd. There are three primary schools including Lesmurdie Primary School, Falls Road Primary School and St Brigid's, and also three high schools including Lesmurdie Senior High School, Mazenod College for boys and St Brigid's College for girls.
