EVERYONE LOVES THE KELMSCOTT HILLS!

If you're looking for space, then here it is! Big land. Big bedrooms. Big value!
This is how living is supposed to be. This home has everything going for it and is in an absolutely fantastic location.

INSIDE
The kitchen is well designed and overlooks the meals area and this space is large enough to be a family room too. There are a few options on how you could configure it all. The laundry is adjacent to the kitchen so you can be multi-tasking without having to trek all through the house. The lounge room is at the front of the home and features a beautiful outlook across the back garden. It's a large room and whilst this home was built in the 1970's before the demand of home theatres, this one could easily be converted to suit the modern demand of a big screen and a chunky couch.

THE BEDROOMS
These are big, really big. The master bedroom has a large built-in-robe and is of a good "expectable" master bedroom size. Huge and of an "unexpectable" size, I can't remember the last time I saw a home of this era with bedrooms this big. Each of them can easily accommodate king size beds as well as a lounge or study furniture making it absolutely ideal for the family. They have built in robe space, and these really will be the envy of any kid who needs some space.

OUTSIDE
There is a great studio/ games room out the back here and we have ample space for this to be a gym or work from home office. When you have a lot of space you have a lot of options. The 1012sqm block is an absolute dream with so much room for you to improve it, add to it, add garden to it, take garden from it, put in a big shed, put in a pool. The opportunities are great!

WHERE IT IS
It's right opposite Good Sheperd Primary School, it has very easy access to this as well as Kelmscott Primary School which is just around the corner. It's also within easy reach of shops, cafes and all the other amenities to make a convenient metropolitan kind life in this rural kind of setting.

Kelmscott overview

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
