The owners of this superb 4 bed 2 bath home on 696m2 block chose the location due to its family friendly feel and excellent proximity to Dunsborough town centre, school bus runs, and sporting zones; yet with the Reserve behind and abundance of trees felt immersed in a lovely country setting.
One of the features they have enjoyed the most is the open plan family living space with dining and kitchen area all inclusive. A fabulous spot for family and friends to gather together that flows seamlessly to the sheltered outdoor entertaining zone. In the winter the woodfire creates a beautifully cosy ambience.
The design ensures an energy efficient, open, airy light and bright home which creates a really inviting space.
Another favourite aspect is the low-vis rear fencing which serves its purpose, yet really draws in the bush and enhances the leafy aspect and bush vistas.
The protected rear deck is the perfect spot for a morning cuppa serenaded by the birdsong.
The spacious master bedroom is a favoured sanctuary for the parents and the activity room gives the kids their own hang out hub.
With double garage, large powered workshop and good size yard all the bases are covered.
It’s a comfortable stroll into the town centre for shopping; your beverage of choice at your favourite coffee house; or a safe walk home from a night out at any of Dunsborough’s renowned night spots.

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.
Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
