Nestled right at the end of the cul-de-sac and next door to the gorgeous Conti winery and restaurant, this quality 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home will impress you like a fine drop, boasting a functional, yet practical, floor plan that manages to get the best out of the low-maintenance block it so comfortably sits on.
Most of your time here will be spent at the rear, where sliding-stacker doors extend the open-plan family, dining and kitchen area out to a fabulous entertaining alfresco with café blinds for full protection and enclosure, a ceiling fan, stylish light fittings, a built-in Jumbuck stainless-steel barbecue that will be the envy of your guests. Feel the sensual breezes filter across the wetlands as you unwind to a magical evening sunset over the treetops – it's almost too good to be true.
Easy-care timber-look floors grace the main hub of the house, alongside sparkling stone bench tops, feature subway-tile splashbacks, a breakfast bar for quick bites, stainless-steel range-hood, five-burner gas-cooktop and Westinghouse-oven appliances and a magnificent scullery that comes fully-equipped with more stone finishes, ample storage options (including a double-door pantry), double sinks and a stainless-steel Haier dishwasher.
A carpeted theatre room doubles personal living options and extends out to the side of the house, as well. The bedrooms are carpeted for comfort too, inclusive of a massive master suite with separate "his and hers" walk-in wardrobes, a fully-tiled ensuite bathroom (with a double shower, twin stone vanities and a toilet) and its own set of sliding-stacker doors that help bring the alfresco and backyard in.
You will absolutely love living in the "Chianti Private Estate", taking full advantage of being able to stroll to the gorgeous Panzano Park around the corner, as well as through the stunning Yellagonga Regional Park and its picturesque walking trails that lead all the way up to Lake Joondalup. In addition, you will fully appreciate the property's very close proximity to Woodvale Secondary College, Woodvale Primary School, St Luke's Catholic Primary School, Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre, the freeway, public transport at Whitfords Train Station and our pristine northern coastline – all of it only a matter of minutes away.
