The double-car garage is located on Slice Lane itself, and there's also street parking adjacent to the property. The front of the home faces out across a lovely little community play-space with the well regarded Geoff Bullard Park across the road. Greenery abounds.
Step up to your limestone and metal enclosed front yard with a rendered brick entrance area welcoming you home. There's a side access gate, and the property enjoys a slightly elevated position over the park it faces.
Flowing through to the centre of the home - this space is excellently designed with massive floor to ceiling windows that draw light in from both north and south directions. Sleek dark timber-style laminate flooring keeps the kitchen, living and dining areas looking modern and fresh, while also being easy to clean and maintain. This whole area is kept comfortable by a wall-mounted split-cycle air conditioner on one end, openable windows for a fresh breeze, and a glass sliding door that opens straight up to your deck and outdoor entertainment space.
The primary bedroom is immediately to your left after entering the home, featuring a walk-in-robe, large strategically placed windows that fill the room with natural light and beautiful sunsets, and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower, and extra-wide vanity benchtop. Opposite the primary bedroom is the second bedroom which also enjoys excellent park views, large windows and a built in robe space. The third bedroom is located halfway down the home, opposite the kitchen area. The primary bathroom enjoys a separate bath and shower, crisp modern white tiling, and a central location within the home.
The kitchen is built around an island benchtop, perfect for meal preparation or perching at for a quick breakfast. Cooking is taken care of via a built in 600mm gas stovetop oven with a metal and glass rangehood above. Tucked around the side of the kitchen is a butler's pantry which is perfect for extra storage or even placing the fridge so that it's totally out of the way. Underneath the kitchen and island benchtops are plenty of cupboards and drawers ensuring you have all the easy-access storage that you need readily at hand.
Open up the glass sliding doors off your living and dining space and be welcomed out onto the timber deck and entertainment area - an excellent little oasis of your own. The gazebo style shade structure is a lovely addition and provides some protection from the elements - perfectly encouraging an outdoor gathering or barbecue! There's plenty of space here for a small garden, and when you walk past the deck the property opens up even further. Artificial turf spans between the home and the detached brick double car garage, making maintenance easy as can be. Pebbles line the walkway along the northern side of the home back to the front access gate, and there's also a gate that pops you out into the laneway next to your double car garage.

Yanchep is an outer suburb located on the coast, 56 kilometres north of Perth. Originally a small crayfishing settlement, it was developed by entrepreneur Alan Bond in the 1970s. The name ‘Yanchep’ was adapted from the Nyoongar word ‘Yandjip’, or ‘Yanget’, which is their word for the bulrush reed that is abundant around the wetlands of the area. Its boundaries as a suburb are extremely large, covering over 220 square kilometres and taking up almost the entire northern and north-eastern portion of the City of Wanneroo.
As a suburb, Yanchep has a shopping centre with a large Woolworths and various specialty shops such as a newsagency, butcher, bakery, hair salon, travel agency, cafe, massage and nail salons and fast food outlets. A garden centre, vet and various other businesses are also located in the industrial area a few hundred metres from the shopping centre.
Yanchep is a popular tourist destination due to its close proximity to the Yanchep National Park, therefore most residents are located in a small enclave around Yanchep Beach Road, near the coast. There are two primary schools and one secondary school in the area, with a new primary school expected to open in 2021.
