What we love
Built on a 714 sqm corner block in 1992, this classic Woodvale 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, study/office brick home oozes “old world charm” and is ready for you and your family to move straight in. Situated in the sought-after suburb of Woodvale on a quiet street opposite the beautiful Gascoyne Park, this property is an ideal choice for those wanting to start a family and established families alike.
Setting a very appealing tone to this home is the paved front garden. Statement doors open to a light and airy entry and large living areas. The entry way leads to tiled, spacious and open informal living areas comprising lounge, dining, kitchen and family room and features a gas heater - perfect for those cool, winter months.
The stunning kitchen provides quality appliances and functionality with plenty of preparation area and storage space. Featuring stylish cabinetry, glossy black stone benchtops, wall oven, dishwasher, stainless steel double sink with mixer and filtered water tap, pantry and large windows, this is the hub and heart of the home.
The living areas extend outdoors to the brick paved, covered rear alfresco with cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan. Low maintenance gardens and lawn provide a peaceful area for entertaining, playing and relaxing.
High quality carpets, built-in robes and ducted aircon feature throughout the three large bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a very roomy walk-in robe and a newly renovated ensuite with shower and vanity. Gorgeous floor to ceiling tiles are a standout feature and the matching separate toilet doubles as a powder room for guests.
The spacious laundry includes plenty of cupboard storage, bench space and outside access.
The double garage provides parking for two cars, shoppers entrance, a large storage area and handy side access.
Other inclusions throughout are overhead fans, ducted air-conditioning and quality window furnishings.
Whether you embrace the original charm of this well-loved home or modernise with cosmetic changes to stamp your style, this home has “good bones” and is built to stand the test of time.
