A MODERN OASIS

Quality low-maintenance living awaits you and your loved ones here from within the walls of this exceptional 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home in a fantastic pocket of Yanchep, surrounded by other impeccably-presented properties and situated very close to the beach, the lagoon, a round of golf at the Sun City Country Club and the majestic Yanchep National Park.

The bedrooms are all carpeted for complete comfort here, just like the study/office and a separate theatre room that essentially doubles personal living options. Nestled away from the minor sleeping quarters is a cosy master suite at the front of the house, boasting separate "his and hers" walk-in wardrobes and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity.

Easy-care timber-look flooring graces an open-plan family, dining and kitchen area, where most of your casual time will be spent. There, stylish light fittings and sparkling stone bench tops meet double sinks, a water-filter tap, a storage pantry, tiled splashbacks, a stainless-steel range hood, a gas cooktop, an electric Technika oven and a dishwasher recess for good measure.

At the rear and off the main living space lies a tranquil outdoor alfresco-entertaining area, bordered by new backyard lawns and landscaping. Completing this wonderful package is a remote-controlled double lock-up garage with internal shopper's entry.

A plethora of picturesque local parklands can be found nearby, with Yanchep Central Shopping Centre, Yanchep Secondary College, primary schools, public-transport options, community sporting fields and medical facilities all within arm's reach. Less than one hour north of the Perth CBD and close to absolutely everything you could ever want or need. This is proof that dreams really do come true!

Yanchep overview

Yanchep is an outer suburb located on the coast, 56 kilometres north of Perth. Originally a small crayfishing settlement, it was developed by entrepreneur Alan Bond in the 1970s. The name ‘Yanchep’ was adapted from the Nyoongar word ‘Yandjip’, or ‘Yanget’, which is their word for the bulrush reed that is abundant around the wetlands of the area. Its boundaries as a suburb are extremely large, covering over 220 square kilometres and taking up almost the entire northern and north-eastern portion of the City of Wanneroo.

Life in Yanchep

As a suburb, Yanchep has a shopping centre with a large Woolworths and various specialty shops such as a newsagency, butcher, bakery, hair salon, travel agency, cafe, massage and nail salons and fast food outlets. A garden centre, vet and various other businesses are also located in the industrial area a few hundred metres from the shopping centre.

Yanchep is a popular tourist destination due to its close proximity to the Yanchep National Park, therefore most residents are located in a small enclave around Yanchep Beach Road, near the coast. There are two primary schools and one secondary school in the area, with a new primary school expected to open in 2021.
