This would have to be, without a doubt, the epitome of foothills living!
Number 22 Tambulan Road features the complete collection of all the things on almost everybody's list of wants.
Starting with the elevated 1902 square metre corner block, with dual access and abundant parking. The property overlooks the fantastic parklands across the road, including a winter creek, bridge, multiple playgrounds, basketball court and more.. All within view from the kitchen window so you can keep half an eye on the kids while preparing something tasty...
And while we're in the kitchen let me just say the renovation here is sublime! It's spacious, open, well connected and has a gorgeous island benchtop.
It is the centrepiece of a thoroughly upgraded home, and what a home it is! With 4 bedrooms plus a study, plus a cinema room, plus two separate entertaining areas and two separate dining areas too.
So the house is huge, but so is the block, and it includes a forest area, a spacious gabled patio and separate lawn areas. The block is fully fenced and and the side access offers abundant parking on the way to your new MEGA WORKSHOP. This is approximately 96 square metres of shed space, basically two big sheds combined.. plus an annex room at the very end.
This is the type of property where you can comfortably park multiple cars, boats, caravans or whatever you've collected, and have them fenced off and secure.
The neighbourhood around here is particularly lovely, and something of a local secret. Make sure when you come to inspect the property, you allow some extra time to explore the neighbourhood too. You'll be feeling at home in no time!

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
