Magical evening sunsets over the natural bush and parkland across the road await you here from within the walls of this exemplary 4 bedroom 2 bathroom family home in one of Martin's finest pockets. Owners have moved East, do not miss this opportunity.
Beyond a spectacular external façade, the front of the floor plan plays host to a spacious master-bedroom suite where stylish timber-look flooring, stylish bedside pendant light fittings and a walk-in wardrobe meet a quality ensuite bathroom with a shower, separate toilet and separate "his and hers" twin stone vanities. Its enviable position within the house also allows you to wake up to lush park views, every single day of the year.
The study is carpeted for comfort, as is a separate theatre room with a feature recessed ceiling. Immaculate floor tiling graces a huge open-plan family, dining and kitchen area with funky modern light fittings of its own, alongside sparkling stone bench tops, double sinks, tiled splashbacks, a stainless-steel range hood, a gas cooktop, double ovens, a sleek white dishwasher and a breakfast bar for casual meals. The connecting scullery leads through to a separate laundry with extra built-in storage and external access for easy clothes-drying.
At the rear, a terrific outdoor alfresco-entertaining area off the main living zone overlooks the most easy-care of backyard setting that both parents and kids will love for varying reasons. The paved courtyard in the corner is perfect for either a future spa or even a firepit.
The young ones can walk to Lumen Christi College, with a surprisingly-convenient location also finding itself nestled very close to shopping, public transport and major arterial roads. Secluded yes, but there is no hiding from the fact that this particular residence is very, very special indeed!

Martin is a rural and rural-residential southeast suburb of Perth within the municipality of the City of Gosnells. The suburbs population was scarce until the 1970s and has only fluctuated mildly between 1991 and 2011. Martin's settlement dates back to the mid-1800s with the land predominantly used for orcharding, market gardening and quarrying.
Largely untouched by urbanisation, Martin stretches from the banks of Canning River into the foothills with parts of the suburb relatively close to the Gosnells town site. There is plenty of public open space to explore with the Korung National Park, Banyowla Regional Park, Ellis Brook Valley Reserve, Quarry Park, Wrights Brook Region Open Space and Cohunu Koala Park. There is one school in the area which is Lumen Christi College.
