A Tranquil Haven of Space and Comfort!

Nestled within a secluded North Woodvale cul-de-sac that allows the kids to run freely out on the street and without a worry in the world, this solid 4 bedroom 2 bathroom (one bedroom could be a study) brick-and-tile family home is just waiting for you to add your own modern touches to it, but in the meantime will effortlessly cater for everybody's personal needs as is.

Beyond a double security-door portico entrance lie large carpeted formal lounge and dining rooms that are reserved for those special occasions. The study next to here is also carpeted for comfort, as are all three bedrooms at the back of the house - inclusive of a commodious master suite with double doors for privacy, a mirrored walk-in wardrobe and a light and bright ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity.

In between, the open-plan family and casual-meals area is also carpeted and features split-system air-conditioning, as well as access out to a generous entertaining patio that overlooks a lush backyard with green lawns, a pond and heaps of room for a future swimming pool - if you are that way inclined. Back inside, the tiled kitchen takes centre stage with its double sinks, tiled splashbacks, Chef gas cooktop, separate Westinghouse oven and direct alfresco access. It also plays host to a walk-in linen press and double-door walk-in pantry - or vice-versa.

From this very special spot, strolling to bus stops, the sprawling Chichester Park, Woodvale Shopping Centre, The Woodvale Tavern and North Woodvale Primary School is all rather easy, whilst the likes of the freeway, the Whitfords and Edgewater Train Stations, picturesque bush and wetlands, Woodvale Secondary College, St Luke's Catholic Primary School, Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre, the local library, more shopping at Woodvale Boulevard, Lakeside Joondalup and Westfield Whitford City, Craigie Leisure Centre and gorgeous northern-suburbs' beaches are all just minutes away in their own right. Peace and quiet is assured right here - as is so much more!
