This beautiful home really has it all! The greatest features that we look for when dreaming of that perfect place to call our own.
For a home built in 1976, it feels significantly larger than most of the other properties of this era thanks to multiple spacious living areas. Internally this is not even really a 1970's home anymore, (apart from the cool telltale arches) it has been fully modernised inside with a renovated bathroom and a stunning kitchen with views overlooking an equally beautiful outdoor entertaining/pool party combination. There are three comfortable bedrooms and extended living areas that make this home suitable for first home buyers, downsizers and even young families alike. There won't be the need to fight for space.
Inside is comfortably airconditioned and the frontal windows have secure roller shutters too. You'll feel safe and secure in your decision to purchase here for years to come. An enclosed patio gives you an additional versatile entertaining space, the perfect spot for the pool table. Plus, outside is an even bigger and better gabled patio overlooking the pool, making this an absolute cracker of a home for entertaining in!
There's a garage workshop out the back too, with convenient drive through side access. This driveway also offers another huge benefit- the exciting potential to do a retain and build subdivision! That's right, with a 700sqm bock zoned R20/30, there is the potential here to build a brand-new house behind the existing one and thanks to its position you can still keep the original home too. (Subject to all relevant approvals).
The location is pretty amazing here too by the way. Just a few metres away is easy access to the Virgilia Way Reserve. From here you can play basketball, run the dogs, or wander down the Woodlupine brook, where during winter the creek flows and the ducks quack. Here you can follow the winding paths along the water all the way down to the central shopping precinct at Hawwaiian's Forrestfield.
You'll also be close to Woodlupine Primary School, the same school that your favourite Mitchell Brothers attended :)

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
