Welcome to the Crystal Brook Estate, one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in all the Kalamunda Foothills. You've just found yourself a fantastic family home! 21 Amethyst Place is a versatile 4 bedroom 2 bathroom property with a private cul de sac location. Built in 2000, comfortably situated on 575 square meters of land and packed full of desirable features. This is a property combo you will want to see this weekend.
From the street this residence invites you inside past a framed front veranda that wraps around the master bedroom. Character. A grand double door entry leads you into the 'parents' wing of the home with frontal sitting area adjacent the main bedroom. Here you will love wrap around windows that all have secure roller shutters, a near new split system AC, bigger walk in robe and a large, luxurious ensuite bathroom.
In the heart of the home the kitchen overlooks your main open plan living and provides garden views to the green spaces beyond. There is an expansive breakfast bar here and plenty of bench space. Gas cooking, stainless steel appliances, double sink, range hood, dishwasher and heaps of storage for all your extra pots and pans. Your security system can also be monitored with a direct feed from your cameras that surround the property.
The three secondary bedrooms are all well proportioned to comfortably fit double beds. Bedrooms three and four have built in robes and look out over the yard while the second bedroom is positioned at the front of the property and has been converted for use as a home office/games room. There are currently double French doors and independent outdoor access, but this room could still easily be re-converted for the larger families if the need arises.
Out the back, the secure double car garage provides through access for toys and tools. There is a great extended gable patio and a veranda too with views to established gardens and room for your essential furry family members. This is the perfect space for entertaining and certainly a great setting for your housewarming party (I'm waiting for the invite).

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
