Considering the location, you may just want to start over and build your own family home. Situated in a secluded cul-de-sac, in a quiet street, with the feeling of the country style feel that Woodbridge offers, yet so close to the amenities that Midland has to offer with close proximity to the rolling hills and energy of the Guildford Strip with its classic pubs & cafes, and of course the renowned Swan Valley.
Some classic character homes surround the property, with some great neighbours, the property is merely walking distance away from Woodbridge Primary school, Woodbridge Train Station, Holmesdale Park which is in the process of the "Woodbridge Revegetation Project," the playground and Swan River.
With easy access to major arteries that lead you to all amenities, private and public schools, it is a wonder that this gem of a location is not known by the masses. You need to go there and experience the reasons why people enjoy living the dream.
Call anytime for a private viewing. Do yourself a favour and just take a drive to Woodbridge and the surrounds to see why I am making such a fuss!!!

Woodbridge is a small suburb within the City of Swan that used to be known as ‘West Midland’ when it was formerly part of neighbouring suburb Midland. Woodbridge’s first growth period took place in the 1880s and 1890s, but it wasn’t till after the Second World War that significant development occurred.
Predominantly a suburb used for housing, Woodbridge enjoys close proximity to the Midland CBD. Within its boundaries there are two schools, Woodbridge Primary School and Governor Stirling Senior High School, as well as a local shopping centre which takes care of immediate amenity and shopping requirements.
Woodbridge Railway Station provides good transport options connecting to the Midland line and providing a direct route into Perth. Other features of note are the Woodbridge House National Trust and the Woodbridge Riverside Park and Play Space.
