This is both a beautiful home with a lot of character, as well as a phenomenal investment opportunity too!
The home is warm and welcoming, and surrounded by beautiful gardens which are spacious yet still easy care. Recycled bricks have been used to create unique paved areas and retaining walls, and create a real sense of character as well as just being an exciting place to explore. Legend has it that a previous owner was a collector of Bonsai, and it doesn't take much imagination to envision a few extra pot plants strategically positioned could make this quite a magical space!
There are two separate gabled patios on either side of the house, one of which is accessible through a sliding door from the master bedroom, so it is like a secret grownups area.
The home has 2 split system, reverse cycle air conditioners, and a fully renovated kitchen! The double carport is also a rare feature for a home of this era (constructed in 1982). There are solar panels on the roof, and a rainwater tank connected too.
The 703 sqm block is zoned R25/40, which gives you a bunch of development options to explore, some of which we've illustrated for you in the pictures section.
It's a cool little corner of Forrestfield too if you do decide to develop, with a bit of forest across the road and a whole lot more half a kilometre to the west, included access to the Lesmurdie Falls and a number of other stunning bush walk trails, but, you're still super close to shops, schools and doctors so you really do get the best of both worlds.
This could easily be "the one"
So come and see for yourself

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
