Decorative cornices, wood floors and ceiling roses speak of the timeless elegance of this attractive home. In the morning, the living area is dressed in light from the large East facing windows. It is here the high ceilings and graceful moulded archway invite you into the dining area and beyond. The dining area is open to the kitchen and the kitchen, while compact, has plenty of under bench and overhead cupboards.
The master bedroom with ensuite and the second bedroom are both extra large rooms. There is ducted cooling throughout and a reverse cycle air conditioner in the master bedroom and the dining area.
Quaint and cosy, the vestibule at the rear of the home is a special spot. Large enough for a small table and chairs it is a perfect place to sit and read in the winter sun.
The third bedroom is accessed from the vestibule and overlooks the back yard. The laundry is close to the main bathroom. The bathroom has a large recessed shower, the second toilet and a vanity.
Outside, there is a separate room that is ideal for a home office. Glass sliding doors give this space a light open feel as well as a view to the courtyard with gate and arbor.
Surround yourself with your favourite potted plants and enjoy the privacy of the undercover entertaining area. Who won't like the electric roller door into the extra large double garage. Access is from the side street and there plenty of storage space here.

The townsite of Narrogin is located in the great southern agricultural region, 192 km south east of Perth and 32 km east north east of Williams. It is located on the Great Southern Railway, and when this line was opened in 1889, Narrogin was one of the original stopping places. The railway line was a private line, and the Company that built the line declared a private townsite here in 1891. The railway was purchased by the Government in 1896, and in 1897 Narrogin was gazetted as a government townsite.
Narrogin is an Aboriginal name, having been first recorded as "Narroging" for a pool in this area in 1869. The meaning of the name is uncertain, various sources recording it as "bat camp", "plenty of everything" or derived from "gnargagin" which means "place of water".
