Tucked away in a private little cul-de-sac you will find this gem of a home, yes it's down a hill and yes it's not a massive four bedroom home but it packs a punch where it counts and will cater for a lot of buyers. There is extra parking at the top of the driveway, a space for camper trailers, extra cars or small boats so parking is easy.
There has been a lot of expense and work done over the years inside and out and now the home looks absolutely fantastic! Inside features a lounge, open plan living dining, a good sized master suite with ensuite and walk in robe. The kitchen has added cupboard space with a stainless steel oven and separate gas cooktop and very user friendly with the added pot draws.
Here is the hidden bonus, outside there is a shed along side of the home that has been lined and converted to an extra addition! This can be a games room, office, hobby room, man cave or extra bedroom and it's connected to main house and enclosed as if it has its own patio.
The outside is brilliant, with a gabled roof patio entertaining area, extended concrete surface around the rear of home, a fire pit area and a garden shed and still plenty of lawns and gardens to enjoy.
This home has to be seen, very affordable and comfortable for a first home so be quick. The home is being sold "Express Sale", if you like the home just simply make an offer to the owner.
