SIMPLY STUNNING

Feast your eyes on this home!
Built in 2017, this gorgeous family home is the ideal retreat that is super conveniently located in the heart of Mundijong.
Designed by the current owner, it is a testament to the quality, care and innovation that has gone into creating something as special as this. It is a great combination of modern features and using the warmth of traditional timber.
Set on a 1011 sqm block of land, everything has been carefully thought out to maximise the use of the space available.

THE HOME
A generous 200 sqm of useable floor space where one room just flows into the other.
The kitchen is the hub of the home with quality stone topped benches, ample cupboard and pantry space, and overlooks the dining and living area.
Ease on outside through the double sliding doors to a delightful outdoor area - I'll get to that later.
Plenty of space for a large pool table in the games room. It adds another dimension to the home as it flows from the kitchen/living yet feels separate.
The three bedrooms are all huge and all have built in robes with the master suite having a full length walk in robe.
It goes without saying that the bathrooms are all sparkling, bright and modern.
There is the bonus of a huge study that can easily be used as the 4th bedroom or, if you want, keep it as a study!

OUTSIDE
Loads of secure parking!
A large double bay to the front of the property that can be secured by an electric remote double gate is the first area that you will see. Great to park the spare car or trailer. Go past that and you will find a full height double garage with a remote door. You will easily fit the lifted and kitted 4wd in here.
Keep going and you will come to a 9m x 7m (approx) Colorbond shed that is great for the hobbies, park the camper or boat.
All these areas are accessed of a sealed concrete driveway.
The property is fully fenced so will easily keep in the pets and is super secure.
The gardens are simply amazing with perfect lawns, a great assortment of hedges and shrubs and is also fully reticulated.
Ease away the evenings in the magical alfresco area that I mentioned earlier. With aggregate paving, timber lined ceiling, downlights, what more could you ask for?
Maybe a huge back lawn? Well, you have that too!

Mundijong overview

Mundijong was originally named Jarrahdale Junction. It was at the junction of the Rockingham-Jarrahdale line and the government line from Perth to Bunbury which was built in 1893. A town grew up around the junction, and a timber depot which included a large planing mill was constructed. The town was first declared as "Manjedal" in 1893 as it was thought to be the Aboriginal name of the area. In 1897 this was found to be incorrect, and the name was changed to Mundijong.
