This absolutely gorgeous home with its landscaped gardens is my buy of the year! This area is blossoming, and is in the process of receiving new street landscaping, bike paths and walking paths on the reserve RIGHT across the road from this house. Facing a quiet and very peaceful cul-de-sac, you get the best of everything. It is getting better and better here! Come and see and I will show you what is going on - and how to take advantage of it.
You can sense the homeliness that this property offers when you first lay eyes on it. With a manicured golf course quality lawn, perfect gardens, a graveled verge for parking the boat and all new colourbond fencing, she's a little stunner.
Inside is a breath of fresh air, clever design takes the space it has and turns it into an infinitely livable home. There is a separate lounge area, a good sized dining room or second living area and a study nook/corner that won't leave you tucked away feeling left out.
The bedrooms are fantastic with plenty of robes (the extra shelf in the master robe is a stroke of genius) and the kitchen and bathroom are beautifully neat and tidy with the latter offering plenty of bench space, a pantry and a good sized fridge recess. There is a separate laundry too!
And features we have! LED lighting has been installed throughout, there is Ducted air conditioning and electric and manual roller shutters as well as good security - these are bonus items that make it far more comfortable than your basic home and there are lovely floor coverings, window treatments and fresh modern paint colours used throughout.
I reckon though that the star of this show is the outdoor area. What a garden. So much entertaining space, beautiful trees both in and around the back yard and a shed completes what can only be described as the perfect package.
I can't wait to show you this home, I know you will love it - so call Exclusive Listing Rep Andrew Fisher on 0403 675 737 today.

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
