Exquisite Home with Panoramic Ocean Views.

From the moment you drive up the elevated driveway and past the beautiful landscaping you begin to realise that this is a very special property indeed.

Positioned perfectly on a private 2.43 ha (6 Acre) bush block that allows you to take in the sweeping views towards Geographe Bay and beyond with the added bonus of not looking over any other rooflines. You would be hard pressed to find better ocean views anywhere than what this property offers!

The location is second to none offering the best of a Rural lifestyle and private space however also being so close to Dunsborough. It is only a short drive to the thriving townsite to do the shopping, go to the beach or just have a meal at your favourite restaurant.

The home itself has been cleverly designed in three separate wings with maximum energy flow (Feng Shui) and energy efficiency in mind.

The central living area is the place to relax, unwind and entertain guests. This is where the large open plan living and kitchen flow effortlessly onto the alfresco and outdoor areas. The under-floor heating is ideal for luxurious comfort during chilly winter days. The elevated shadow lined ceilings increase the feeling of space and adds to the relaxed vibe on offer.

The kitchen is centrally located and is ideal for anyone that loves to cook and entertain. A massive walk-in pantry/fridge area also finishes it off nicely and keeps any kitchen clutter hidden away.

One of the most delightful features of the home is that no matter what section you are walking through or spending time in you have beautiful outlooks of internal gardens, courtyards, native bush, and the ocean.

The central living area connects to both a guest section as well as the master section. The guest area offers a guest room with its own ensuite bathroom as well as another two rooms which are both positioned to be able to access a central bathroom.

The master wing has a magnificent bedroom, ensuite bathroom as well as a separate living area. The home design allows all the sections to be left open or they can be shut off depending on your needs. Each section also has its own outside access if required.

For those requiring a big workshop then look no further. The shed on this property is a gigantic 21.6m long and 6m wide! That should be more than enough for all the toys. The driveway and access areas have also been totally sealed in bitumen adding to the minimal maintenance appeal.

While the home is undoubtably a masterpiece some attention must also be given to the gardens that offer a peaceful, quiet sanctuary due to the carefully thought-out landscaping. They are minimal maintenance gardens that still offer exceptional wow factor. There are so many areas on the property where you can just sit back and relax. If you get a bit hot just have a dip in the shallow plunge pool which is also suitable for the whole family. While the gardens and home are impressive during the day they are just as impressive during the night. The substantial positioning of lighting around the property, driveway and the home creates an outstanding night visual effect.

Those that are considerate of the environment you will really appreciate the huge 5Kw solar panel system already in place therefore substantially reducing your power usage.

This really is a property where it is difficult to discuss all of its features ...to do this home justice a viewing is a must!

Quindalup overview

The townsite of Quindalup is located on Geographe Bay, 250 kilometres west southwest of Perth and 21 kilometres west of Busselton. The Quindalup area is the site of one of the state's earliest timber industries, and a timber mill was built here and timber exported through a jetty on the coast in the early 1860s. McGibbon and Yelverton used the name Quindalup in referring to their mill in the 1860s, and in the 1870s the government reserved land here. In 1899 a number of local fishermen in the area requested the Minister for Lands to subdivide the beachfront land. The Minister approved the subdivision, surveys of "working mens blocks" were made, and the townsite of Quindalup gazetted in 1899.

Quindalup is an Aboriginal name meaning "the place of quenda's". The Quenda is a small bandicoot common in the area.
