This is an incredibly special location to live in. From here you are only about 150 metres away from Crumpet Creek, which acts as an unofficial meeting point for the 3 most popular estates in Forrestfield, The Hales, Tyler Springs, and your new home - The affectionally named "Fruit Bowl".
But not only is the street in a great spot, the house is awesome too! The home has 3 separate living areas, so in addition to a front and rear lounge there is also a separate reading/activity room between the two back bedrooms, forming a kids wing of the home. There is also a study zone two, so with 4 bedrooms, a study, and three separate lounge areas you should be able to fit the whole family in here and have some room to relax.
The corner block means rear vehicle access is possible, so if you dream of building a giant shed, or parking your parents caravan in the backyard sometimes, then this property will definitely be on your radar.
Quick stats:
• Circa 2005 built
• 4x2 plus study plus activity room
• Solar powered
• Double garage with shopper's door
• Truly gorgeous neighbourhood

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
