Real Estate aficionados will be well aware that Darling Fields Estate is one of the most desirable spots to live within the City of Kalamunda.
If you look at a map of Perth Metro you will find it's pretty much smack bang in the middle.
It's not just about the location though.
As time goes on, having a one acre (approx.) of prime land this close to the airports, CBD, major highways and large shopping centres will only become more appealing, particularly with features including:
• 5 bedrooms (4 double) - all with robes
• Separate study
• 2 bathrooms/2 WCs
• Large open plan living area + separate lounge room
• Knockout oversize kitchen with stone bench tops, bonus steam oven and integrated microwave, fridge & freezer
• Reverse cycle ducted air conditioning
• Amazing 10 x 10m outdoor entertaining area with built in BBQ's and electric blinds
• Sparkling below ground pool with shade sails & storage shed
• Double garage + 7 x 6m powered workshop and 8 x 5m lean to
• Full size floodlit tennis court with basketball/netball set-up
• Gas boosted solar HWS + 5kW solar PV system to reduce your energy costs
• Corner 4001sqm bore reticulated fully fenced block with lots of lawn for the kids to frolic
This is without a doubt, one of the best family home set-ups we have come across in a long time.
There is literally, something for everyone and we are expecting interest to be strong.
We look forward to greeting you at the Home Open.

Move with Alinta EnergyThis area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
