What we love
It’s hard to believe that nestled among the gum trees of the surrounding parklands, this home at no. 2 Jarrah Place is only 20 minutes from the City. If a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle is what you are looking for, this lovely 1989 built, 4 x 2 Woodvale home, could be the one for you. Situated on a large 717sqm corner block on a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooking the natural bushland of Yellagonga Regional Park, this home will appeal to first home buyers, families, empty nesters and retirees alike. Established lawns and gardens, entertainment areas, and close proximity to schools, transport and shops add to the immense appeal of this property.
An impressive slate tiled entry way leads to the living areas consisting of separate formal lounge and dining rooms and spacious open living lounge, dining and kitchen. The classic kitchen provides plenty of storage and preparation space, gas stove, wall ovens, double stainless-steel sink and pantry. The lovingly maintained original fixtures and fittings are in great condition. Internal French doors lead into a further living space featuring slate tiled floors and exposed ceiling beams. This light-filled open living area opens out onto the paved and covered alfresco and stunning inground pool. Surrounded by palm trees, this is a little piece of paradise.
High quality carpets and built-in robes and cupboards feature throughout the large bedrooms and study. The master bedroom and original ensuite bathroom includes vanity, bath and separate shower. The updated main bathroom includes separate bath and shower.
Other inclusions are ducted evaporative air-conditioning and security doors, garage, and laundry.
