THIS IS UNDER OFFER

This home is now Under Offer.

This remarkably spacious home is perfect for a family, a couple or even down-sizer wanting a tree change while being close enough to all the vibrancy, shops, schools transport and parks! This home is on a beautiful acre* of land but is right in the heart of Mundaring and with a pool and a workshop, has every box ticked.

This beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath home plus study or nursery, has been lovingly renovated and presents perfectly. With a superb parents retreat, big light filled rooms and a stunning outdoor area. And heck, let's throw in a powered workshop, a below ground pool, a magnificent covered patio area and a fully fenced acre just a few minutes walk from Sculpture Park and Town and call it one heck of a place to call home.

You will instantly fall in love with the feeling of this home, it's light and bright, its styling is BANG on point, it's warm and charming, it fells just so friendly and the layout is brilliant. You can sit down on the back deck, soak in the sunshine, and imagine a summers day after the farmers markets and the smell of fresh Mundaring produce cooking on the BBQ and complementing the laughter of kids in the pool. Or be with friends on one of those beautiful hills evenings, enjoying a glass of wine on the deck while watching the sun set over the trees that line the Heritage Trail.

What it is!

This brick and iron home is built in '66 and it is now rendered with an iron roof, it has a brand new driveway installed by our best local earth-worker, that wends its way to the house and to the two workshops, one of which is 9 metres x 6 metres and fully powered. And yes, there is parking for any number of cars, boats and caravans. This stunner of a block is fully fenced block with fruit trees, fertile soil, and high up, so its looks down OVER the Heritage Trail line and the views are awesome.

Inside The Home
The owners have done an amazing job here - you can take the hills vibe out of hills homes so easily and mess it up but not this one...it's beautiful. New floors, light fittings, paint, a sun-room with new aluminium doors that slide right open to allow access to the deck, a revamped kitchen with dishwasher and storage everywhere, and 3 living areas. There are also air cons, 2 x wood heaters and so much more! Solar power on the roof is 1.6kw of solar with a 3kw inverter. 3 Phase is available to the meter box but is yet to be setup, if you need it, it is there!

The space will truly amaze you, because you cant imagine it until you see inside it. We actually thought we'd seen the whole house and then we got shown into the extra "bit". And that is the parents RETREAT and wow. It comprises a separate living room with your own wood heater, a big master bedroom, your own bathroom, walk in robes AND YOUR OWN STUDY for working at home. What a brilliant idea! If you work from home, this one is fantastic....

Outside, a sparkling below ground pool with a Kreepy Krawly and a huge timber deck with a magnificent covered outdoor area.

Land wise, its big. And its all usable. There are trees around you but this is mainly pasture and fruit trees as well as ornamental. This is one of those blocks you can take a walk around and really feel like you are away from it it. Its fantastic.

This is one to jump on. The central location alone and that extra space over the standard half acre but you will be a PART of the hills here and you will love it.

Come see it now by calling 0403 675 737. We are doing some private viewings for anyone who wants to see it this week so don't hesitate to book your spot today.

Mundaring overview

Permanent settlement in Mundaring began in 1882-84 when Mr Peter Gugeri established a vineyard south of the Eastern Railway. The first railway siding at Mundaring was named after him and for some years the area was generally known as "Gugeris". A later settler, M H Jacoby, took over Gugeris' vineyards in 1893, and named the business the "Mundaring Vineyard Company". The name came from an Aboriginal camp situated nearby and the meaning given to Jacoby by the aborigines was "a high place on a high place". The correct pronunciation was "Mundahring" but common usage has gradually converted this to "Mundairing".
