This is the finest home I have ever seen on the market in Kelmscott. Set in a truly magnificent location overlooking the Brookton valley, this is truly the best of the best.
So there's two ways to find out what it's all about. The full story which I'm about to tell you, or just a whole long list of bullet points. If that's you, scroll down. Here we go!
INSIDE
The floor plan and the photos tell the story, but walking through this home is essential to get what it's all about. Class and convenience. With high-end appliances, top quality finishes, and a stunning yet functional configuration, this is what happens when serious planning goes into the design.
THE MAIN LIVING AREA
The kitchen is the heart of day-to-day activity, and it's sure to be the centre point of life in this home. With an extraordinary view from the kitchen window, it's amazing to think that such a busy part of the home can feel so peaceful. It's a brilliant layout with incredible bench space and serious storage. The kitchen overlooks, pretty much everything. The meals area and games room, as well as that amazing alfresco area, are all visible from this vital part of the home. Being so spacious, there are many options as to how you can configure this home to suit your family. One thing is for sure, it will be all about that indoor/ outdoor living with that amazing outdoor area positioned perfectly adjacent to the internal living areas.
As if there weren't enough places to chill out in this home, the home theatre room is perfectly positioned to do just that. It's a brilliant space with its own bar, as well as a projector and surround sound system, all of which are included in the sale. There is no question that this home is designed for comfort.
THE BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is really something special. It's a huge space with an awesome design that really makes this feel like a hotel suite in this resort-style property. The massive ensuite bathroom is one of the many highlights, and this room really does provide a sense of seclusion in what might be a very busy family home.
The secondary bedrooms are all of a fantastic size and they all feature built-in robes so there will be no battle for the best bedroom because they are all the best bedroom! In addition to the secondary bedrooms, there is a fifth bedroom or study. This is currently set up as a nursery, next to the master bedroom. The activity room is central to the secondary bedrooms and also close to the kitchen. It's a great "homework zone" where the kids can still feel like they are a part of what's going on without having all of their stuff spread over the kitchen and meals area.
OUTSIDE
This really is world class. Check out the pictures and then come and see it because it's even better than it looks. Tranquil views from this alfresco area are a quiet backdrop to what may be some very noisy parties at your place. With the pool as a stand-out feature, the swim-up bar is next-level entertaining.
Whilst we can get plenty excited about the entertaining, there is also the everyday practicality to consider. The kids have their own play area, with their own basketball area and low-maintenance artificial turf section, where the current owners have a playground set up. Beyond all of that is the workshop, a great space for storage and whatever else you would need a shed for. And, surprise, surprise; it has a bar. Every day is a party when you live in this place!
The home is positioned behind a brick fence with electric gates opening up to allow you easy access to your big driveway and lockup garage.
WHERE IT IS
Set in a premium location, this is truly a special place to live. The home has been designed the maximise the view across the Brookton Valley. Whilst it looks at such a pretty bush and rural view it's actually incredibly close to so much. It's just minutes to the bus stop, train station, shopping centre and more. We're also within very easy reach of highly respected schools. There are cafes, restaurants, bakeries and more along Brookton highway heading into Roleystone. This is no compromise on lifestyle when you move to this pretty rural setting.

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
