There are actually four brilliant reasons to take serious notice of this home:
1) the location,
2) the renovations,
3) the corner access to the shed
4) and the sub-division potential,
all 4 in combination make this property an absolute superior option to home hunters and investors alike! It really is a quadruple combo of awesome!
Located on the corner of Almond Way and Palm Terrace, you will be flanked by parks, which is pretty cool. But the really cool part, the extraordinarily exciting part, is that Palm terrace takes you straight to the base of the now famous Lesmurdie Falls. You will literally share a street with one of Perth's best natural attractions!
On top of that, the standard of renovation in this home is among the most gorgeous you'll find, and the design has really hit the jackpot when it comes to blending in the indoors/outdoors lifestyle. The patio is HUGE, the kitchen is stunning, the bathroom is incredible and it's no wonder the tenants don't want to leave!
The corner block gives you the extra side access options, you can drive your vehicle right out back the garage workshop! This is always a cool feature which people love, but the corner position now has one other advantage too. Recent changes to the state planning policy now mean that this R20 site can be subdivided into two properties, and you can even do this without removing the existing beautiful home!
This is a winner, and you can be a winner too. Just get in touch with The Mitchell Brothers and we'll give you any info you need. Also if you like, we can put you in touch with some sub-division experts if you want to do the background calculations on this incredible opportunity too.
Looking forward to talking with you soon ??

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
